Human Trafficking

Human trafficking is modern-day slavery. It's the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain some form of labor or commercial sex act.

People are bought and sold against their will.  Their lives and bodies are not their own.

Enslavement in the 21st Century

No one volunteers to be exploited.  Someone could be enslaved by false jobs, family members, friends, fake romantic relationships, false immigration, or abduction.  Human trafficking is not just an international epidemic. Trafficking occurs in our local communities, and victims come from a variety of backgrounds.  Traffickers use force, threats, fear, drugs, and other cruel tactics to keep their victims in captivity.

There is a market for slaves, and Greenlight Operation is working diligently to eradicate the market by disrupting its supply and demand.
