Our mission:

To strategically combat human trafficking through educational initiatives and serve sex trafficked women through a continuum of restorative care. 

Where do you fit in?

In order to accomplish our mission, we are looking for experienced, talented, and committed individuals to support our team and expand our outreach throughout Pennsylvania. Interns work closely with their supervising coordinators.

Interns will work 10-20 hours per week from home and/or in our office located at 2645 Lisburn Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011 or at our office located at our restoration home, which will be disclosed upon approval of the internship position.

Internships are tailored to the interests and skillsets of each student within the parameters of Greenlight Operation’s mission. We strive to make our internship program mutually beneficial for interns and the organization.

Operations Internship

In order to accomplish our mission, we are looking for a talented and committed individual to support our team in daily operations. The operations intern will support our various initiatives, engage with community partners, provide clerical support, and give recommendations for systems and management. This position will receive a broad range of experience working within the various teams and gain experience in nonprofit management.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community partners.
  • Attend meetings with staff members and community partners, which may include other nonprofits, law enforcement, legislators, schools, etc.  
  • Assist with outreach for speaking engagements.
  • Conduct research.
  • Help oversee volunteers.
  • Assist the Operations Coordinator with specialized projects.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events.
  • Attend restoration home service days.
  • Aid Operations Coordinator with projects at the restoration home.

Development Internship

In order to accomplish our mission, we are looking for a talented and committed individual to support our team in fundraising. Through a commitment to impeccable research, investor outreach, and communication, the development intern will promote Greenlight Operation’s anti-human trafficking narrative with investors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Greenlight Operation’s investor management software.
  • Assist in grant research.
  • Analyze communication tactics with investors.
  • Provide real-time data analysis to drive strategic development decisions, among other responsibilities.
  • Assist with prospective donor outreach.
  • Communicate with investors.
