Sustaining freedom for survivors.
Through job readiness training, financial literacy courses, and social enterprises, we equip survivors for lasting freedom.

Honey products for restoration.
Greenlight Operation has a thriving apiary that is cared for by beekeeper, and board member, Pastor Jim Dinger, and a team of passionate bee enthusiasts. The honey and products created from our hives fund our mission, and provide hands-on learning opportunities and employment for survivors residing at our restoration home.
Worthwhile Thrift
partnership
Greenlight Operation is honored to be selected for the very first Worthwhile Thrift Partner Store! Worthwhile is an anti-human trafficking agency located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania that has successfully launched multiple thrift stores to support their mission to reach and serve survivors of human trafficking and exploitation.

In 2026, a Worthwhile Thrift Partner Store will be coming to Cumberland County, and Greenlight Operation is the chosen partner.
While the expert team at Worthwhile focuses on the operations of the store, Greenlight Operation will leverage its local network, supply volunteers, and host donation drives to support the store’s success. Worthwhile Thrift in return will provide the following:
25% of the store’s net profits and donations collected at the register.
Employment opportunities to survivors we serve.
A voucher program allowing program participants to obtain essential needs from the local store at no cost.

“"Over the past ten years we've seen how offering survivors job training and employment helps them land a job they love and maintain their independence. After launching multiple stores, we've also learned some of the best practices for running a successful Worthwhile Thrift and we are excited to help other organizations also enjoy the benefits of having a partnered store near them.”
