More Pennsylvania legislators are making combating human trafficking a priority thanks to your outreach and your support of our educational initiatives.
Your support has allowed us to travel the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to facilitate policy forums with state legislators, seek crucial feedback from survivors and frontline workers, partner with the Pennsylvania Anti-Human Trafficking Caucus on policy recommendations, and provide expert testimony at Senate Hearings.

Greenlight Operation, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Anti-Human Trafficking Caucus Chairman, Senator Dush, held 10 Anti-Human Trafficking Policy Forums across Pennsylvania from January-June 2026.
All 67 counties had representatives present, there were over 240 participants, and participants included male and female survivors of labor and/or sex trafficking, law enforcement officials, social service providers, educators, lawmakers, and church leaders.
In addition to the forums, Greenlight Operation partnered with Dr. Joanna Behm from Messiah University to conduct an Institutional Review Board Study via a survey presented at the forums.
