Provide hope by equipping those on the front lines.

Eradicating human trafficking includes helping frontline workers better identify human trafficking, implement trauma-informed practices when engaging with survivors, and connecting survivors to key resources for healing. Whether you are a partner we have worked with before or you are a team not sure how to begin, we can help.

Why partner with
Greenlight Operation?

Greenlight Operation has relationships with law enforcement, state officials, and other agencies throughout Pennsylvania. We have done the hard work of vetting these entities to give you reputable resources and peer support as you begin taking the steps forward in your counter-trafficking response.

We are also members of the Dauphin County Human Trafficking Task Force, which is setting a standard of excellence in Pennsylvania. This task force is highly collaborative but extremely selective for safety reasons. The Dauphin County Human Trafficking Task Force started with three cases of human trafficking in 2020 and has climbed to over 140 in 2025.

We are one of three nonprofits serving with the task force and have worked closely with the founder since its inception. We have learned many lessons throughout the process and would love to share those with you so you can find an attainable approach that works for your organization.

Who are our anti-human trafficking consultations for?

At Greenlight Operation, we have worked with the following groups to help them implement or revamp their counter-trafficking strategies:

  • Law enforcement
  • Community action groups
  • Schools
  • Churches
  • Businesses
  • Service agencies
